Our commitment to your security is architectural. We build systems that protect your digital presence with the same precision we apply to our platform.
Information you provide. We collect information you voluntarily provide when registering: name, email address, phone number, billing information, company details, and account credentials. Call recordings, transcriptions, and call metadata are also collected as part of the service.
Automated telemetry. As you navigate azmth, we automatically collect telemetry data: IP addresses, device information, browser type, usage patterns, and interaction data. This technical data ensures platform stability and optimization.
Cookies & tracking. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage. You may control cookie behavior through your browser settings, though some features may be affected.
Functional utilization. Your data powers our services. We use it to provide and maintain our platform, process transactions, improve user experience, analyze usage patterns, send service updates, comply with legal obligations, and train AI models with anonymized data — including essential communication regarding system protocols, security alerts and service changes, continuous monitoring to prevent fraudulent activities, aggregated anonymized analytics, and personalization based on usage patterns and account preferences.
We do not sell your data. We integrate with partners only when necessary for platform performance.
Cloud services. Encrypted storage provided by Tier-1 infrastructure partners including payment processors and telephony services.
Compliance. Disclosure as required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Processors. Transaction handling through secured financial nodes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call recordings and transcriptions are retained for 90 days by default, after which they are permanently deleted from active storage.
Upon account deletion, we will purge personal identifiers within 30 days, retaining only anonymized aggregate data required for legal and audit obligations.
You maintain sovereign control over your information within our ecosystem.
Access & portability — request a full export of your data structures at any time.
Rectification — correct any inconsistencies in your recorded profile.
Erasure — invoke the right to be forgotten, purging your data from all active nodes.
Restriction — request that we limit processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, regular penetration testing, and SOC 2-aligned operational procedures.
While no system is entirely immune to breach, we maintain an incident response plan and will notify affected users within 72 hours of identifying a data security incident that affects their personal information.
